Brochures
Brochures should have plenty of writing - it’s a mistake to rely overmuch on good graphic design. Good design’s main purpose is to get potential customers to look at the first sentence, and the purpose of the first sentence is to keep customers reading. The brochure is a tangible object that will be kept and studied, so it makes sense to get the words right and go into detail.
I did the design and layout for all the brochures in this section, and if you need good clean design and great writing I’m happy to handle the whole project for you and will even coordinate the printing if you like. But I’m also happy to work with your designer… my main concern is good, clear writing that gets your message across.

Brochure section, Bross Hotel: I did the layout, photo adjustment, and of course the writing for this brochure. It’s always an honor to be part of a million-and-a-quarter project! |

Brochure section, farm and ranch brochure: The Lario team keeps several different brochures on hand for different purposes and sets of clients. Most of them work as mailers, so they can be sent immediately to new prospects. It’s a good strategy… do you have the right brochures for the right customers? |

Brochure section, Lario personal: This is a good example of a brochure that can be dropped in the mail to individual prospects, handed out at icebreakers and other functions, or even used for a quick and easy direct mail campaign. If you don’t have a good personal brochure, make it your next project - the payoff is nearly instant.
